J. River is an MC and hip hop producer who hails from Willimantic, CT.
He owns his own production company (Avani Publishing) and he has
written music that's been featured on the television series Charmed.
As an MC pruned on both coasts of the U.S., J. River is an artist with
a style that's hard to pin down. His ability to flow over a soft Westcoast beat with heavy instrumentation and then turn around and rap over a hardcore Eastcoast beat with muddy drums is a testament to his versatility as both an MC and hip hop producer.
J. River is a member of ASCAP (The American Society of Composers Authors and Publishers) and has most recently released the highly acclaimed album, The Chronicle.
J. River is currently in the studio working with rap artist C. Bronz and others on upcoming projects.
